- The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.
- Review daily room assignments, making note of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests
- Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
- Report any maintenance issues
- Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)
- Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order
- Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office
- Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers
- Complete any special cleaning tasks
- Attend scheduled meetings and training
- Adhere to grooming standards at all times
- Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers
- Follow proper recycling procedures
