Housekeeper​/Room Attendant

Position: Housekeeper/Room Attendant - Full Time

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Review daily room assignments, making note of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests

* Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand

* Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards

* Restock amenities.

* Report any maintenance issues.

* Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)

* Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order.

* Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office.

* Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers.

* Complete any special cleaning tasks.

* Update room status via Hotsos device.

* Attend scheduled meetings and training.

* Adhere to grooming standards at all times.

* Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers

* Follow proper recycling procedures
