• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsibilities include planning, developing and monitoring effective treatment using evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with team members, service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate.
• Provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs.
• Directly improve the lives of individuals with autism and their families through applied behavior analysis.
• Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders; conduct initial assessments.
• Supervise RBTs and provide training and coaching; collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes.
• Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources.
• Conduct supervision in client’s home and through telehealth as applicable.

• Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
• Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB.
• Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance, CPR & First Aid certification.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain proper current insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Location:
  
  Tucson, AZ (hybrid options); ability to commute to and work in client locations as required.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay:
  Up to $100, Depending on Experience
• Expected hours:
  Up to 25 billable hours per week
• Schedule:
  
  No weekends;
  No work after 6pm; autonomy over your own schedule.
