Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director ER! Bonus Incentives! Full Relocation!

Responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight. Provides leadership in developing and implementing nursing practices that ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders to foster an environment that promotes professional development, nursing excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Reports to the COO
• 40-45k annual ER visits
• 1 Manager reporting to the Director
• Interim Director currently in place

Qualifications:

• BSN required, Master’s degree preferred
• Seven (7) plus years of direct experience required
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience required
• Need experience in a large ED
