• Flexible Scheduling – Day, night, and PRN shifts.
• Competitive Pay – $18.00–$20.00 per hour, up to $23.00 with experience and overtime opportunities up to $64,000/year.

As a Certified Caregiver at Via Elegante, you will enhance the quality of life for our residents in Tucson Mountains. Provide compassionate care, foster a supportive environment, and promote residents’ independence and dignity.

• Personal Care and Wellness
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing dignified assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Recognizing and supporting the spiritual, social, recreational, emotional, and physical needs of residents.
• Health Monitoring and Support
  • Conducting routine health assessments, including vital signs and blood glucose checks.
  • Assisting with mobility and safety during transfers, using assistive devices as needed.
• Nutrition and Medication Management
  • Assisting with eating and accommodating special dietary needs.
  • Monitoring nutritional intake and hydration levels.
  • Providing end‑of‑life comfort care, ensuring peace and dignity.

• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification or CNA/LNA (16‑hour bridge to CG required)
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification (can be provided by Via Elegante)
• Valid in‑person CPR and First Aid Certification
• Proof of Negative TB Test (can be provided by Via Elegante)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving

• Day Shift: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm
• Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
