Behavioral Health Clinician

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The BHC completes the behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to the assigned program, documents services, coordinates discharges from CBI programs, and coordinates care with family or other significant others.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health. Master’s Degree preferred but not required. Preference given to Master’s Degree in relevant field and/or licensed associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.
• 1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience providing exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred but not required.
