Overview

As a Fieldwork Trainee, you’ll be a key member of our therapy team, working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll split your time between providing 1:1 therapy for young learners and engaging in clinical assessments, data analysis, and program development to support your path toward BCBA certification.

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour with RBT certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children, helping them learn and grow
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to analyze data, review treatment plans, and adjust as needed
  • Lead training for RBTs to support their development
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide well-rounded care
  • Participate in assessments, report writing, and parent consultations
  • Stay current with ABA trends and techniques

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • You’re currently enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program leading to BCBA certification
  • 1750+ documented fieldwork supervision hours (or progress toward them) with experience balancing restricted/unrestricted hours
  • Anticipation of sitting for the BCBA exam within 4 months
  • Passion for ABA with solid knowledge of ABA methodology
  • Positive attitude, strong time-management, and a professional demeanor
  • Ethical, dedicated to making a meaningful impact
