The Client Services Manager, II is a multifaceted position. This role is both strategic and tactical in nature, requiring the ability to lead and influence at a high-level while working hands-on to support local efforts at various Bayada Home Health Care offices. The CSM, II will support the mission and success of BAYADA CSMs in but not limited to: leading field staff in providing excellent customer service and quality home health care with focus on delivery and coordination of client services, growth and development of caseloads, and on-going case management.

This position is a professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in leadership within BAYADA.
