A company is looking for an AVP - FNOL & Claim Intake Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Launch and stabilize multi-channel intake with SOPs, RACIs, quality controls, and a Quality Assurance framework
- Partner with clients to define and manage intake SLAs, performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as SME for support teams and provide oversight for training and staff development
- 8+ years in P&C claims, with 5+ years in FNOL / intake or claims operations
- Proven ability to meet challenging deadlines
- Self-motivated leader for a diverse team
- Hands-on integration experience with claims platforms
- Strong process and data design skills
