Overview
Independently Licensed Therapist PRN, Part-time and Full-time at America’s Rehab Campuses (ARC-Arizona). The Therapist provides services to adult clients in Substance Abuse treatment. Therapists complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services (individual, group, and family). Therapists are responsible for discharge and after-care planning activities. The Therapist functions as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of Psychiatric Providers, Nurses, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Specialty Providers.
ARC-Arizona is a program that provides comprehensive substance abuse services to adults in voluntary treatment. Programs on campus include intake, medical detox, residential, sober living, CD IOP, and CD PHP. Therapists are assigned to one primary program but are available to provide support to other programs as needed.
- Provide biopsychosocial assessments

- Education:
Master’s degree in Social Work or Substance Abuse - Experience:
Experience with primary treatment of Substance Abuse - Licensure:
Active independent license with the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners in good standing (LPC, LCSW, or LISAC) - Certifications/Requirements:
Healthcare Provider CPR, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, Handle with Care within 90 days of hire, negative TB on hire and annually - Preferred:
Certification in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma-Informed Treatment
