What’s the Role?
We're looking for an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Arizona LBA license to join our team. This is a salaried position providing supervision, treatment planning, and caregiver support.
You'll be part of a team that's redefining what it means to do ABA work with structure, clinical leadership that actually listens, and support you can count on. No fluff. Just real, quality care.
What You'll Be Doing (On-Site)
- Managing a caseload with 25 billable hours per week
- Supervise mid-tier interns
- Conducting assessments and treatment planning
- Providing supervision to RBTs and BTs
- Leading caregiver training sessions
- Participating in clinical meetings and team huddles
- Staying on top of documentation and compliance (we'll help)
The Details
Compensation:
$90,000 – $105,000 annually (depending on experience) potential for bonuses
Competitive bonuses available for exceeding billable hour expectations
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On-site only

Who We're Looking For
- A certified BCBA with an active Arizona LBA license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently while staying team-oriented
- A clinician who values ethics, outcomes, and positive relationships
- Previous in-person ABA experience preferred, but not required
