- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Prior training in a medical office setting scheduling appointments and working with medical records preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and various specialty types.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong written communication and verbal skills; adaptable to challenging environments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and confidential information and adhere to a Code of Conduct and all facility policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening.
