Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Group Facilitator to join our team and lead engaging, productive sessions with diverse groups. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and help individuals reach their goals in a supportive and structured environment.
Responsibilities- Guide and support groups of participants in productive discussions, workshops, and activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment, helping participants feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to contribute.
- Plan and organize sessions, set clear objectives, manage group dynamics, and ensure that all voices are heard.
- Focus on supporting and growing our court mandated groups program with a main focus on completing DV assessments and assisting with coordinating the DV program.
- Bachelors or master’s degree, plus at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups.
- Associate degree plus two (2) years behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups.
- High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification from an AHCCCS approved training program plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups.
- High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of behavioral health work experience, including at least six (6) months of experience facilitating behavioral health related groups.
- Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
- Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
