RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Schedule includes 3 shifts per week with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

• 13-week assignment starting ASAP, preferably within 2 weeks of offer acceptance

• Float pool position requiring flexibility to work between multiple departments and four facilities

• Must have telemetry experience to apply

• 2+ years of nursing experience required

• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS

• Arizona nursing license required

• Patient ratios typically 1:6 in departments, 1:4-5 in ED holding area

• Any color scrubs acceptable

• Work with Cerner EMR system

• Float between Med Surg departments (Ortho/Neuro), Telemetry, and potentially PCU based on skill level

• May provide care to admitted patients waiting for beds in ED area

• Utilize nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and leadership in care delivery

• Delegate patient care priorities and supervise assigned personnel
