** Join Our Team as an Overnight Pharmacist!** ** Job Description** - Are you passionate about delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care? - We are looking for a skilled Overnight Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team!

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceuticals to patients of all ages and designated areas of the hospital.
- Collaborate with Physicians on drug selections and dosing to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate nursing staff, patients, and Physicians regarding medications to ensure safe and effective use.
- Lead Medication Safety initiatives by monitoring patient profiles and reporting adverse drug reactions.
- Prepare IV admixtures and nutritional supplements with attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Maintain narcotic accountability to uphold the highest standards of care.

No Option for 48-hour Guarantee or Blocked Scheduling

* Qualifications:

- Required:
- Current ACLS & BLS certification - Active AZ Pharmacist License - Minimum of 2 years of inpatient acute hospital experience, working independently - Sterile compounding experience - Preferred:
- Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency
** Work Environment:** - Clean, smoke-free, and well-lit healthcare setting.
- Exposure to video displays and frequent use of keyboard.
