* Job Description:
** - Are you a passionate Pharmacist looking to make a genuine impact in patient care? - Join us in a dynamic setting where you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages!

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Collaborate with Physicians on drug selections and dosing for optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate nursing staff, patients, and physicians regarding medications and their proper use.
- Drive Medication Safety initiatives to enhance the quality of care.
- Manage patient profiles effectively: avoid and report adverse drug reactions.
- Mix IV admixtures and nutritional supplements with precision.
- Ensure rigorous narcotic accountability.

** 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off

* Hours:
** 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Wednesday to Tuesday) - No On Call Required - No Option for 48-hour Guarantee - No Block Scheduling Available

* Qualifications:
** - Must hold a valid ACLS & BLS certification.
- Current AZ Pharmacist License is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient acute hospital experience.
- Sterile compounding experience preferred.
- Board Certified Pharmacist or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency is a plus!

- Strong operational and people management skills.
- A results-oriented approach to patient satisfaction and quality improvement.
- Ability to engage with a diverse population across all levels of stakeholders.
** Work Environment:** - Clean, smoke-free, and well-lit healthcare work environment.
- Considerable exposure to video displays and use of keyboards.
- Must be adaptable to irregular hours and frequent interruptions.
- Possible exposure to unpleasant elements in clinical settings.
