A healthcare facility in Tucson, Arizona is seeking an experienced Travel Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to support night shift operations. This role provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations in accordance with medical staff protocols and departmental policies.

Position Overview
The Respiratory Therapist is certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care and delivers comprehensive respiratory care services including airway management, ventilator management, aerosol therapy, blood gas collection, and assistance with invasive and non-invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cardiopulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic services

• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures

• Administer medicated aerosols using compressed gas delivery systems

• Maintain artificial airways and manage ventilators

• Perform intubation assistance and blood gas sampling

• Follow hospital protocols and respiratory care policies

• Support patient care across ICU, general floors, and Emergency Department

Requirements

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – NBRC

• BLS and ACLS (required)

• Minimum experience in ICU, general floors, and Emergency Department

• Limited NICU and Pediatric experience sufficient to support ED coverage

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
