Requirements
  • Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license (or compact license eligible)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute or rehab setting preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable
Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose patient physical conditions.
  • Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and practices.
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records for compliance and reporting.
  • Utilize data to track and improve treatment outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.
