This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer Assistant located in Tucson, AZ. The Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officer in processing and managing mortgage applications. Responsibilities include assisting with documentation collection, communicating with customers and underwriters, ensuring necessary compliance and accuracy in loan files, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless loan experience for customers.

• Experience working with Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
• Strong background in Customer Service and effective Communication skill
• Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using computer systems and loan processing software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a loan or mortgage-related support role is highly desirable
• Must be able to pass MLO State License Exam
