Senior Accountant

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations, reporting accuracy, and business performance insights. In this role, you’ll partner with the CFO, Controller, and operations leadership to maintain financial integrity, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver KPI reporting that drives decision‑making.

• Prepare and support timely monthly financial statements
• Reconcile balance sheets and complete month‑end journal entries
• Maintain organized documentation and audit‑ready support files
• Analyze and report KPIs and financial data (Service Titan)
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure financial compliance
• Support development and improvement of accounting procedures
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data

• Accurate and timely financial reporting
• Strong internal controls and compliance practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of financial accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
