• Manage all aspects of accountable analysis, insights, and reporting of financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the Electrification and TPG groups.
• Provide commercial support for the Electrification product group
• Engage with the product group leadership to provide insights and analysis to inform business decisions driving profitable growth.
• Provide business analysis support by establishing target costs, cost monitoring, value chain analysis, investment analysis, sourcing analysis, product costing, and supporting new product introduction projects.
• Effectively lead, influence, and interact with a global and diverse team.
• Support Caterpillar Global Finance Strategy through transformation of our processes and automation to help generate business insights.

• Leadership:
  Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
• Finance and Accounting:
  Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Financial Forecasting and Modeling:
  Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
• Business Acumen:
  Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Strategic Thinking:
  Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key factors for success.

• Bachelor's degree in an Accounting or Finance related discipline. CPA or CMA preferred.
• Demonstrated success and progression in previously held Accounting or Finance roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence with the ability to collaborate and partner across peers and leadership

• The primary location for this position is Tucson, AZ
• Travel up to 10%
• Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify
