A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Equity & Payroll Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Administer equity compensation programs and process related transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and maintain payroll records
- Support compliance with SEC reporting and internal controls related to equity and payroll
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in equity administration or payroll
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and equity administration platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related financial systems
