At Raytheon, we bring more than 100 years of engineering expertise to defend freedoms and deter aggression. The SM-3 IB team is expanding and seeks an experienced Program Controls Analyst to shape the future of our production capabilities in the Naval Power organization.
Responsibilities- Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis
- Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC)
- Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
- Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities
- Conduct cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, and maintenance using standard company tools and processes
- Implement and maintain Earned Value Management
- Contribute to development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
- Guide efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs)
- Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field OR advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience; or at least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain in program development and execution
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance (US citizenship required)
- Strong verbal and written communication with all management levels
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and work in a team environment, driving continuous process improvement
