About the Role

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Turbo Tax Live Seasonal Local Service Experts. This seasonal opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

• Provide tax expertise by giving hands‑on tax advice and completing preparation services for Turbo Tax clients, handling simple to complex situations and maximizing refunds.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador by cultivating a robust customer base, organizing local events, and converting leads into long‑term clients.
• Educate and communicate confidently by representing Turbo Tax in the community, hosting learning events, and demystifying taxes.
• Build relationships by connecting with clients, demonstrating empathy, and building trust for multi‑year relationships.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience by interacting in‑person and virtually, addressing inquiries, and helping clients overcome tax challenges.

• Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule of at least 24 hours at a Turbo Tax location.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a Turbo Tax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Must reside within the United States.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Base pay range: $30.60–$36.10 hourly (varies by state). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to drive ongoing pay equity for employees.
