You will collaborate across departments, provide critical financial insights, and contribute directly to business success while developing your career within a cutting‑edge sector.
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage the annual operating plan, long‑range forecasts, and monthly financial projections.
- Compile and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc analyses.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business drivers and provide analytical insights.
- Present financial results to leadership and build supporting materials for Board of Directors reviews and investor meetings.
- Participate in cost and profitability analyses, including product cost structures and margin assessments.
- Track, forecast, and monitor cash flow in partnership with the Accounting team.
- 2+ years of experience in finance
- MBA preferred
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar software).
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly present financial information to diverse audiences.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Keen interest in learning and growing within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience preparing materials for Board reviews or investor presentations.
- Prior background in manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of cash flow forecasting and cost analysis practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
