Join a dynamic leader in the renewable energy manufacturing industry as a Financial Planning Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives in a fast‑paced and innovative environment. You will collaborate across departments, provide critical financial insights, and contribute directly to business success while developing your career within a cutting‑edge sector.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage the annual operating plan, long‑range forecasts, and monthly financial projections.
  • Compile and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business drivers and provide analytical insights.
  • Present financial results to leadership and build supporting materials for Board of Directors reviews and investor meetings.
  • Participate in cost and profitability analyses, including product cost structures and margin assessments.
  • Track, forecast, and monitor cash flow in partnership with the Accounting team.
Must‑Have Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in finance
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar software).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly present financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Keen interest in learning and growing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience preparing materials for Board reviews or investor presentations.
  • Prior background in manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of cash flow forecasting and cost analysis practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
