Role Overview
We are seeking a Sr Mechanical Engineer – Electronics Packaging in Tucson, AZ.
Responsibilities- Design, analyze, and develop innovative electronics packaging solutions to ensure thermal management, mechanical integrity, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate mechanical components within electronic systems.
- Perform detailed CAD modeling, finite element analysis, and prototyping to validate designs.
- Support manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize packaging solutions for reliability and performance.
- Document design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.
Strong mechanical design, thermal analysis, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques for electronics packaging is essential.
