Caterpillar is seeking a seasoned professional to design and establish a brand-new value chain for our Resource Industries Electrification business. To lead the development of new Order Management systems, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and material planning processes for our electrification value chain. This role will design and implement scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage.

• Collaborate with IT & Process partners to develop and implement new order management systems, processes, and tools for electrification value chain management
• Design and lead the implementation of S&OP processes to ensure aligned planning and execution
• Develop and manage material planning processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply chain efficiency
• Develop and manage business cases for new systems and process investments. Ensure integration with existing systems, processes, and tools.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and digitalization throughout the value chain

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience desired

Knowledge of business process design; ability to develop appropriate techniques to re-examine key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance.

• ERP Implementation, S&OP process, and Supply Chain Planning experience
