WhatYou Will Do
- Work autonomously with regular oversight, using knowledge of the harness and interconnect domain, and coach and review the work of other professionals.
- Support detailed mechanical design, test design and execution, systems engineering, proposals and estimates, or earned value management.
- Flex responsibilities based on current organizational needs and skill sets.
- Hands‑on hardware experience in engineering builds, hardware integration, and verification.
- A strong technical learning environment with engineering fellows and subject‑matter experts.
- Accelerated technical growth through direct access to experts.
- A STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of engineering design experience.
- Experience developing harnessing requirements, system architecture, requirements risk, verification and validation, performance, safety and environmental compliance.
- Familiarity with industry and military standards and specifications.
- Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y14.5.
- Experience with harness and interconnect systems.
- Experience with Pro/Engineer/CREO 3D modeling and mechanical drawing generation.
- Design and manufacturing knowledge of machined parts, injection molded parts, wire harnesses/flex harnesses and related components.

Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD. Additional compensation may include short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, depending on level and collective‑bargaining agreements.
