What

You Will Do
  • Work autonomously with regular oversight, using knowledge of the harness and interconnect domain, and coach and review the work of other professionals.
  • Support detailed mechanical design, test design and execution, systems engineering, proposals and estimates, or earned value management.
  • Flex responsibilities based on current organizational needs and skill sets.
What You Will Learn
  • Hands‑on hardware experience in engineering builds, hardware integration, and verification.
  • A strong technical learning environment with engineering fellows and subject‑matter experts.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • A STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of engineering design experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience developing harnessing requirements, system architecture, requirements risk, verification and validation, performance, safety and environmental compliance.
  • Familiarity with industry and military standards and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y14.5.
  • Experience with harness and interconnect systems.
  • Experience with Pro/Engineer/CREO 3D modeling and mechanical drawing generation.
  • Design and manufacturing knowledge of machined parts, injection molded parts, wire harnesses/flex harnesses and related components.

Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD. Additional compensation may include short‑term and long‑term incentive programs, depending on level and collective‑bargaining agreements.
