- Conduct Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) activities to identify root causes and implement reliable solutions.
- Perform data analysis, trending, and reporting to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to develop and execute reliability improvement plans.
- Develop and update reliability standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and provide technical guidance on reliability issues.
- Utilize reliability tools and techniques to enhance process safety and operational efficiency.
