About the RoleThe Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) will lead and manage the Tomahawk Production and Recertification Hardware Management team, overseeing approximately 55 engineers across multiple functional groups. The IPTL will work with suppliers, factory partners, and cross‑functional teams to deliver missiles for the U.S. Navy, support new missile configurations, and drive capacity enhancement and munitions acceleration activities.
What You Will Do- Lead and manage effective execution of the Production and Recertification Hardware Management Teams to meet Tomahawk missile delivery commitments.
- Collaborate across the program and with the customer and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Define project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements, and ensure adherence to program milestones.
- Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and resolution of technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities effectively.
- Support proposal development and planning activities for future projects and initiatives.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Earned Value Management Systems Certification.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is $132,400 – $251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
