Are you a Registered Professional Land Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated surveyor who is interested not only in delivering top-quality work but also in pursuing a management/ownership track role within our growing firm.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the survey department, guide daily operations, and collaborate closely with engineers, clients, and community stakeholders to deliver accurate and impactful results.

• Lead and coordinate land surveys using both traditional methods and advanced technologies like drones.
• Prepare survey maps, drawings, and reports using AutoCAD and Carlson software.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with engineering teams on project planning and execution.
• Interpret and analyze survey data to produce legal property descriptions and accurate maps.
• Ensure all surveying practices comply with state, federal, and local regulations.
• Maintain precise records of survey data, equipment usage, and project milestones.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout each project.

• Active Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in Arizona.
• Hands‑on expertise in boundary and topographic surveys, property mapping, and construction staking.
• Strong understanding of land and property laws/regulations.
• Experience with total station survey equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson Survey software (a plus).
• Sharp attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills to work seamlessly with both clients and team members.
