* Bachelor’s degree in
** Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
*** Experience with
** electrical engineering design**, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing
* Proficiency with electrical engineering design and analysis tools such as:  +
** Altium Designer**  +
** DxDesigner**  +
** Mentor Capital**  +
** Creo Schematic
*** Experience using electrical test equipment, including:  + Oscilloscopes  + DMMs  + Network Analyzers  + Power Meters
* Experience performing schematic capture and interpreting schematics
* ** Active Secret security clearance
** required prior to start
- Minimum
** 2+ years
** of relevant engineering experience (or an advanced degree)
* Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (ABET accreditation preferred)
* Experience providing
** technical leadership
** in a multidisciplinary team environment
* Experience in
** analog, digital, and/or RF design
*** Experience designing, testing, and integrating
** digital, mixed‑signal, or electrical interconnect systems
*** Experience using integrated development environments and debugging software
* Strong ability to manage workload and meet deadlines independently
* Experience collaborating within engineering teams
* Strong technical writing and formal presentation skills
* Experience leading single‑ or multi‑discipline engineering teams
* Project management experience
* Experience supporting
** bids and proposals
*** Knowledge of
** computer architecture
** and hardware optimization
* Experience developing or applying
** programming languages
** for engineering use
* Ability to adapt existing designs for new
** Units Under Test (UUTs)
*** Experience with
** troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis
