: 12 Month Contract with possibility for extensions, (W2 Contract)
Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Role OverviewBEPC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive R&D Project Coordinator to support research and development projects within a regulated engineering environment. This role is responsible for driving the on-time delivery of project documentation and deliverables while supporting project teams with planning, scheduling, tracking, and coordination activities.
The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination skills, experience working with engineering teams, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance with quality system standards.
Key Responsibilities- Drive on-time delivery of project documentation and deliverables in alignment with product development and design change processes
- Support project teams with planning, scheduling, tracking, and management of project deliverables
- Ensure project documentation is complete, consistent, accurate, and compliant with quality system requirements
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams to support assigned projects
- Interface with cross-functional internal teams and external partners (vendors, consultants) as needed
- Support change control activities and documentation within regulated processes
- Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables to ensure schedule adherence
- Identify risks or gaps and communicate proactively to project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records within EDMS and other project management systems
- Adapt to evolving project priorities and process changes as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field with 3+ years of experience,
- Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience
- Project management or project coordination experience
- Hands‑on experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Positive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to adapt to changing projects and processes
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Experience supporting engineering-related projects
- Familiarity with product development or design change processes
- 100% on-site engineering and R&D environment
- Cross-functional interaction with engineering, quality, and external partners
- Regulated environment requiring attention to detail and documentation accuracy
