BEPC is actively looking for Systems Engineer - Assay Development, in Tucson, AZ area!

W2 Contract – 11 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $42.00 - $45.00 /hour - Determined based on experience

Work Model:
Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer – Assay Development to join our client’s site in Tucson, AZ. This role will support requirements definition, risk management, and verification and validation practices within R hậu research and development projects. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for defining requirements, designing system architectures, and implementing solutions that meet IVD standards. • Bachelor’s degree in destructor, along with 3–5 years of experience.
• Requirement writing experience in a regulated industry (medical device industry preference).
• Risk analysis (FMEA) experience in an engineering discipline (regulated medical device подобных).
• Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering principles, including:
  • Trade‑off analysis
  • Configuration management
  • Verification and validation
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with many stakeholders and balance multiple needs and trade‑offs.

• Assay development experience, particularly with cytology specimens.
• Prior experience with:
  • RETINA (Requirements & Test Integration Application)
  • Lucid Spark / Lucid Chart
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to evaluate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
