03 - Cleared On-Site
* Bachelor’s degree in
** Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
*** Experience with
** electrical engineering design**, including troubleshooting, analysis, and test
* Hands‑on proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools, including (but not limited to):  +
** Altium Designer**  +
** DxDesigner**  +
** Mentor Capital**  +
** Creo Schematic
*** Experience using commonly used test equipment, including:  + Oscilloscopes  + Digital multimeters (DMMs)  + Network analyzers  + Power meters
* Experience performing schematic capture and interpreting complex electrical schematics
* ** Active Secret clearance
** required prior to start
- Minimum
** 5+ years
** of relevant engineering experience (or
** 3+ years
** with an advanced degree)
* Master’s degree in STEM (ABET‑accredited institution preferred)
* Experience providing
** technical leadership
** within a multidisciplinary engineering team
* Experience performing
** analog, digital, and/or RF design
*** Experience designing, testing, or integrating
** digital, mixed‑signal, or electrical interconnect systems
*** Experience using
** integrated development environments
** and
** debugging tools
** to troubleshoot software
* Strong self‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
* Experience working in highly collaborative team environments
* Strong technical writing and presentation skills
* Experience leading
** single‑ or multi‑discipline engineering teams
*** Project management experience
* Experience supporting
** bids and proposals**, including BOE and SOW contributions
* Knowledge of
** computer architecture
** and hardware optimization methods
* Experience developing or working with
** programming languages
** for engineering applications
* Ability to adapt existing designs to support new
** Units Under Test (UUTs)
*** Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis capabilities
