* Bachelor’s degree in
** Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
*** Experience with
** electrical engineering design**, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing
* Hands‑on proficiency with electrical design tools such as:  +
** Altium Designer**  +
** DxDesigner**  +
** Mentor Capital**  +
** Creo Schematic
*** Experience using test equipment such as:  + Oscilloscopes  + Digital Multimeters (DMMs)  + Network Analyzers  + Power Meters
* Experience performing schematic capture and interpreting electrical schematics
* ** Active Secret security clearance
** required prior to start
- Minimum
** 8+ years
** of relevant engineering experience (or
** 5+ years
** with an advanced degree)
* Master’s degree in STEM (ABET accreditation preferred but not required)
* Experience providing
** technical leadership
** within multidisciplinary engineering teams
* Experience in
** analog, digital, and/or RF design
*** Experience designing, testing, and integrating
** digital, mixed‑signal, or electrical interconnect systems
*** Familiarity with IDEs and debugging tools for software troubleshooting
* Ability to self‑manage workload and meet deadlines independently
* Strong teamwork and collaboration experience
* Strong technical writing and formal presentation skills
* Ability to lead
** single‑ or multi‑discipline engineering teams
*** Project management experience
* Experience supporting
** bids and proposals** (BOEs, SOWs, etc.)
* Knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization techniques
* Experience developing or utilizing programming languages for hardware testing or automation
* Ability to adapt existing designs to support new
** Units Under Test (UUTs)
*** Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis capabilities
