Qualifications- Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field required
- 2+ years of hands‑on electronics experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions
- Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics and basic circuit theory (Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's Laws)
- PCB assembly and soldering experience (through-hole and SMT)
- Proficiency using oscilloscope, multimeter (DMM), power supplies, signal generators, and frequency counters
- Familiarity with calibration procedures and accurate data recording
- Basic understanding of microcontrollers and serial communications (RS-232/RS-485, IC, SPI)
- IPC solder certification (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001) strongly preferred

Responsibilities- Assemble, wire, and test electronic circuit boards and subassemblies
- Perform calibration and functional testing of electronic products
- Troubleshoot and repair analog and digital circuits to the component level
- Record and maintain accurate production and test documentation
- Support engineering teams with prototype builds and design verification testing
- Conduct failure analysis and assist with root cause investigations
- Maintain, organize, and properly handle lab and test equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
