Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, inspects and perform maintenance on customer aircraft. Perform and document all work per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hangar positions).
- Comply with Environmental / Health / Safety policies and procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform all work in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate ground support equipment as required.
- Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations.
- May assist with maintenance at off-site locations.
- Assist other maintenance disciplines, fuel/de-fuel of aircraft, engine removal/installation, and aircraft component repair.
- Assist in providing time estimates; assist in performing complex repairs on aircraft systems.
- Assist in creation of service orders with SAP or applicable operating systems; may assist in complete engine and/or APU runs as required.
- Train, coach and support other employees; may perform Delegated Inspector (DI) function as qualified by QA.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 8 years of aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ corporate / commercial jet experience.
- Minimum of 1 year Bombardier aircraft model experience.
- Engine Run & Taxi qualified on Bombardier Aircraft or Delegated Inspector eligible.
- Demonstrated leadership ability; planning and organization skills.
- Familiar with all systems installations of Bombardier aircraft model.
