The Continuous Improvement Supervisor (CIS) will report to the M&T Manager of Quality (MoQ) and will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives in the Manufacturing & Technology Global Business Unit (M&T GBU). The CIS will support the MoQ to develop and deliver an M&T customized continuous improvement program, including a risk-based strategy that meets GBU goals and objectives, including alignment, prioritizing, scheduling, training, metrics/dashboards, PBQ, LL, Causal Analysis, Six Sigma, and tracking progress of improvement initiatives.

The CIS will apply leadership skills, knowledge, experience, and tools (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, kaizen, behavioral and facilitation techniques) to close gaps and invest in opportunities, resulting in institutionalized changes that measurably improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the GBU. The CIS will be responsible for using data to measure and report project performance, and ensure improvements are institutionalized. The CIS will lead teams through the CI process to solve problems and make fact-based decisions to deliver right the first-time quality.

Facilitate resolution of issues, improvements, and opportunities across all functions and project teams. The CIS will lead continuous improvement efforts, be a key technical resource partnering with project and functions teams in the GBU, resulting in improved project and functional groups performance across the GBU.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.
