Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs in compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe, power plant, and aircraft systems.
  • Accurately interpret mechanical engineering drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance data.
  • Complete precise maintenance documentation per FAA and company requirements.
  • Maintain strict safety and quality standards in both hangar and line operations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and teammates to ensure aircraft readiness and on‑time performance.
  • Use and maintain your own professional tool set.
Qualifications
  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • 2+ years hands‑on experience with fixed‑wing, rotary, or military aircraft.
  • Ability to read and apply mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Corporate aviation experience.
  • Exposure to multiple aircraft platforms.
  • Background in high‑volume MRO or depot‑level military maintenance.
