Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs in compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair airframe, power plant, and aircraft systems.
- Accurately interpret mechanical engineering drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance data.
- Complete precise maintenance documentation per FAA and company requirements.
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards in both hangar and line operations.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and teammates to ensure aircraft readiness and on‑time performance.
- Use and maintain your own professional tool set.
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- 2+ years hands‑on experience with fixed‑wing, rotary, or military aircraft.
- Ability to read and apply mechanical engineering drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Corporate aviation experience.
- Exposure to multiple aircraft platforms.
- Background in high‑volume MRO or depot‑level military maintenance.
- Hourly pay: $35/hour
