As an EH&S Principal Specialist with our Tucson, AZ team, you will bring a track record of success in continuous improvement of employee safety and health programs. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing high‑hazard environments (explosives, lasers, electrical, ionizing and non‑ionizing radiation) and applying job hazard analysis procedures.
• Overseeing lockout/tagout, cranes/hoists, fall protection, machine guarding, powered industrial vehicles and confined spaces.
• Serving as a technical resource for engineering reviews, design processes, and product compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, IFC, IBC and other applicable regulations.
• Acting as the EH&S engineer for assigned buildings and operational programs, developing and implementing EH&S policies and procedures.
• Collaborating across departments to maintain consistency of health and safety program implementation.
• Conducting injury investigations, root‑cause analysesاصمة, and developing corrective actions.
• Providing instructor‑led training on various safety topics.
• Supporting site EH&S programs for internal and external audits, including ADOSH VPP.
• Supporting the site in meeting EH&S requirements for internal and external audits.
• Travel up to 10%ীৱ.

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and/or ANSI Standards in a military or industrial high‑hazard environment.

• Experience Grades apply)
• High‑hazard knowledge (e.g., chemical manufacturing, oil/gas, aerospace, field test)
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to take on additional assignments or rotate to other EH&S programs.
• Knowledge of Enablon EH&S software.
• Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or ASP.

• Competitive salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD
