Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary: This is an onsite position for a motivated, hands‑on engineer who has demonstrated expertise in pathology lab technologies and experience with electro‑mechanical devices. The candidate will work on a new product development program which is currently in the feasibility phase. The candidate will work extensively in the onsite lab performing assessments on tissue diagnostics instruments using an array of different assays and tissue samples.

• Work extensively in an onsite lab environment performing assessments.
• Execute assessments using different assays and tissue samples.
• Generate results that support creation of design inputs for a new system.
• Plan red at assignment projects using technical and theoretical knowledge.
• Perform data analysis, evaluate results, and form conclusions.
• Provide and implement process or document improvements.
• Contribute to experimental design.
• Ensure quality control of work product.
• Present technical findings clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with a proactive, self‑starting approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Design of experiments experience.
• Proven ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols.
• Skilled in project planning and process updating.
• Strong technical presentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong capacity for innovation, creativity, and process optimization.
