Job Description

  • Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.
  • Research and capture all maintenance program requirements, including Inspection Program, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, etc., to establish comprehensive and accurate listings for specific model aircraft.
  • Research all maintenance documentation for an aircraft and conduct necessary on‑aircraft inspections to construct an accurate configuration of specific aircraft.
  • Utilize research to establish aircraft maintenance requirements pertinent to customer visit and organize the results into an understandable report for delivery to customer.
  • Support Quality Inspectors by performing Quality Inspector duties and returning A/C to service when requested from Quality Leadership.
  • Ensure all work packages, records of arrival, maintenance and corrective actions are documented accurately and that all specialized customer (RED, RFE & SRPSA) and regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.) is complete and approvals obtained.
  • Perform walk‑around inspection of aircraft for release from maintenance.
  • Perform return‑to‑service process and ensure assigned aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements prior to return to service.
  • Train, coach and mentor employees in the performance of duties in area(s) of qualification.
  • Provide data to customers as requested.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience working on corporate or commercial jets.
  • At least 1 year on Bombardier aircraft.
  • At least 1 year as a Quality Inspector in an aviation maintenance environment.
  • Strong planning and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strategic decision‑making mindset.

  • Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and test equipment.
  • Understanding of domestic and international regulatory requirements (FAR, CAA, RSM/QCM, FAA, AD, SB, CFR, TCDS, etc.).
  • Proficiency with essential software tools:
    Excel, Access, Word, Quality Maintenance Tracking systems, SAP, AMS, internet platforms.
  • Knowledge of return‑to‑service procedures and relevant SAP applications.
  • Clear English communication, spoken and written.
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor others.
