W2 Contract – 1 year with possible extensions!

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Associate Electrical Engineer to join our client’s site in Tucson, AZ. This role will support the application of intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices, and implementation in complex systems and assignments. General responsibilities include design concept generation, participation in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specifications, reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.

The role also involves making independent decisions and assisting in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.

• Learns and applies company concepts, policies, and procedures; follows standard practices
• Normally receives detailed directions on all work
• Makes suggestions to improve work processes and assists in reducing to practice patentable inventions
• Works on projects of moderate scope requiring analysis of identifiable factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Participates in technical team activities
• Presents and discusses data within group settings
• Monitors work to ensure quality and continuously promotes Quality First Time
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent in a directly related discipline.
• Minimum experience as entry-level engineering position.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
