The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - Storm Breaker Cross Product Team Lead to join our Tucson, AZ location. The Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - Storm Breaker Cross Product Team Lead will work across the entire Storm Breaker® portfolio of programs as a Systems Engineering Lead, contributing directly to the successful management of the scope, schedule, and cost associated with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities for this position includes managing system and subsystem requirements, providing Systems Engineering technical oversight during integration and test activities, participating in verification and validation efforts for the system, and providing Systems Engineering expertise in system architecture and design. The CPT Lead is responsible for leading and managing the Systems function across various Storm Breaker program pillars, including Lot Integration and Test (LIT), Tech Refresh, F-35 Integration, Production, Modifications (MODS), and Miniature Air-Launched Decoy (MALD).

This individual will serve as the Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead for cross-functional efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams, suppliers, and customers to meet program objectives. The Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - Storm Breaker Cross Product Team Lead role requires a high level of technical proficiency in all aspects of the systems engineering lifecycle, project and team management, and the Raytheon earned value process.

Additionally, the role requires establishing and maintaining relationships with the other Programs, Program leadership, and the customer community. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers. The candidate must excel in managing complex tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes. What You Will Do
* Lead a cross-functional team of systems engineers and multidiscipline engineers

* Team management & leadership and project planning

* Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for quarterly Estimates at Complete, monthly Web Status, IMS updates, LREs, and necessary variance narratives

* Lead Design Reviews and Raytheon Gates (PDR, SRR, FCA, etc)

* Management of system requirements through verification

* Develop, update, and manage Verification Plans and Reports

* Cross-functional collaboration and coordination

* Write Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) within the effort and support activities through Gate 4

* Coordinate with program leadership on long term strategy and planning

* Review and support trade studies, down-selects, and other analyses

* CDRL management, report development, and delivery
