Sr Manager, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth)

We are looking for a Senior Manager to help scale Jerry.ai’s core insurance business and grow our customer base from 5 M to 50 M. In this high‑visibility role you will report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations and own the systems, strategy and execution behind our quoting engine, automation infrastructure and carrier performance.

• Help scale the core insurance business from 5 M to 50 M customers and become a $10 B company.
• Own strategy, systems and execution of the quoting engine, automation infrastructure and carrier performance.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and analytics to create a seamless user experience and drive loss ratio, retention and conversion for the insurance marketplace.
• Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc).
• 5+ years of management consulting experience at a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group preferred).
• Track record of hiring and managing high‑performing teams.

• You have a structured framework for problem‑solving and live by first principles.
• You are comfortable communicating with audiences varying from technical stakeholders, business partners, to the company’s C‑suite.
• You set a very high bar for yourself and for your team, and you are constantly pushing that bar higher in the pursuit of excellence.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting and will be determined based on job‑related factors including skill, experience, qualification, work location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
