Responsibilities and QualificationsExperience and working knowledge of developmental test process test set‑ups and integration test equipment design, with transition to the factory and verification/validation of product hardware using proven test system methodologies and techniques. Utilize knowledge of models, simulations, test beds, prototypes, hardware integration, hardware manufacturing warfighter (user) methodologies, embedded test protocols and full‑scale Engineering Development Models (EDMs). Systems Engineering experience in test requirements development, test planning, test techniques, test methodologies, test requirements documents, embedded functional test and integration verification and validation for test.
Past experience demonstrating a systems‑engineering approach for all test‑related activities throughout the product lifecycle. Working knowledge of Systems Engineer standard views such as Block Diagram Definitions, Context Diagrams, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Flow Diagrams. Knowledge of Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS). Experience in developing, decomposing and managing system requirements across a product lifecycle such as design and transition to production.
Drive improvements in product affordability through increased built‑in‑test capabilities and decreased lifecycle cost. Major Development Acquisition Program (MDAP) experience is a plus. A Bachelor of Science in Technology/Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of four (4) years of experience or a STEM Master’s with two years of experience is required.
