As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring software solutions from concept to reality. Your work will directly support Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), New Product Introduction (NPI), and aftermarket machine technology.

• Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions to satisfy customer and business expectations.
• Write clear, structured, and well‑documented software requirements.
• Develop control logic using PLC and HMI.
• Provide technical expertise on PLC/HMI systems and embedded software technologies.
• Create, develop, and execute test plans to validate software on benches and machines.
• Support ERS CPI, aftermarket, and NPI activities.
• Collaborate with partner teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Hands‑on experience in software development.

• Experience with Siemens Step 7 and WinCC.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC5 and Factory Talk.
• Background in off‑highway trucks and/or mining equipment.
• Experience with MATLAB Simulink, C, and C++.
