Competitive Compensation: $95,000–$140,000 per year.

Job DetailsAs a Project Engineer / Civil Engineer Land Development, you will collaborate on planning and design activities for a broad range of project assignments dealing with site development, roadway, traffic, hydrology & hydraulics, utilities and more for public, private and institutional clients.
Responsibility Highlights- Organize and execute the technical quality and coordination of a broad range of project assignments requiring extensive knowledge of site development.
- Represent company and client to agencies and contractors.
- Lead design efforts for all aspects of land development engineering, including research, analysis, hydraulics, hydrology, storm/sewer drainage, street design, and grading.
- Design utilizing Civil3D for public, private, and institutional projects.
- Collaborate with team members to provide design, coordination, and follow‑up to meet agency requirements and quality standards.
- Prepare plans, profiles, technical reports, calculations, cost/quantity estimates, and specifications for construction.
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and QA/QC.
- Assist and lead efforts for agency approvals and stay familiar with local regulatory requirements.
- Understand schedule, budget, and scope of services.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff in design efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one in Arizona.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience with private development, facilities, infrastructure and public works design.
- Proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD.
- Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in preparing technical reports, designs, construction documents, specifications, and computations.
