04 – Cleared On‑Site to join our client’s team. This full‑time position is located onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

On‑site means working at the client’s facility. The program focuses on technical manufacturing and administrative areas, and the role requires leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical and execution oversight, and managing multiple projects for the program. You will partner with other functional organizations and maintain strong relationships with the program office and customers.

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, acting as an IPTL of multi‑disciplinary engineers on projects in technical manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Manage a cross‑functional test team including electrical, software, mechanical, etc.
• Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.
• Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and planning to execute Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.
• Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Effectively communicate the TEE performance results to executive and/or functional leadership, program leadership, and customers.
